Notes on your computer - I need to know your computer name

If you have a Windows or Surface computer, press the "Windows" key on your keyboard and type the word "system" and press enter, you will see your computer's "Device Name". Please add this name to the notes section. - If you have a MAC, click on the Apple icon, then click on "About This Mac", Click on "System Report" option, and you will find the computer name at the bottom.
